What You'll Gain From

With this high energetic dance class it is highly likely you'll encounter a boost of endorphins. This is what's also known as the "dancers high", similar to the "runners high".
Get ready to elevate your mood, reduce stress and anxiety and have a damn good time at
DANCE TO LIVE
You'll have the opportunity to truly feel comfortable in your own skin. You'll learn how to walk like Beyoncé and take up space. You'll leave this class ready to take on whatever this world has to offer you.
I've found dancing to be my highest form of mediation, when you're in a dance class you are connecting your mind, body and soul so much so that it brings you right into the current moment. Isn't that what we're all striving for? Living in the here and now, hence why I've titled this class

Here at Dance To Live
both community and female empowerment vibes are at the heart of this class.
